FM Customer Service Representative

Handle customer inquiries via email and phone while quoting, placing, and scheduling orders for a large customer base. Provide product and service information, resolve issues and concerns, and maintain a growing knowledge base of evolving offerings. Manage files, update paperwork, and distribute communications timely while developing and sustaining customer relationships. Requires minimum experience in customer service or sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the Sales Department under the Sales Manager.
