Job Summary
Lead automation discipline ownership for EMS/BMS/PMS systems in Suzhou manufacturing facilities, overseeing system operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, CSV, and end-user support; provide spare-parts planning, on-job training for skilled workers, and technical support for repairs; ensure ISO/compliance readiness, update facility SOPs, support in-scope renovation/projects, manage contractors to execute Planned Preventive Maintenance, maintain safety and risk-management procedures, coordinate with other operations teams, and contribute to energy conservation and documentation efforts.
