Job Summary
Deliver a fun, engaging customer experience by acting as a role model on the sales floor and coaching team members to achieve sales targets. Maximize opportunities by guiding behaviors on both the sales floor and back-of-house operations while ensuring visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness. Assist with inventory management, stock flow, POS transactions, and loss prevention to support store performance and operational standards. Maintain alignment with company policies and contribute to action plans for improving results. Requires minimum one year of retail experience, flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to ~50 lbs) as needed
- Comfortable using ladders or step stools
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and carrying items
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is an asset
