Job Summary

Conduct daily aircrew scheduling, operations training, and standardization/evaluation coordination to reduce non-flying workloads for Mobility Air Forces personnel. Build and maintain long-range and short-range schedules while tracking leave, deployment commitments, and qualification currency. Coordinate with squadron leadership, training offices, and mission partners to facilitate schedule changes and publish data in Government-designed systems. Manage training records, exam coordination, and administrative programs including task management and security compliance. Support deployment tasks and electronic flight book device activities, providing accurate status inputs to the Site Lead and Program Manager. Maintain a non-personal services posture while adhering to applicable AFI and contractor guidance.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance

  • Continuous vetting eligibility
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in aircrew scheduling, flying squadron operations, current operations, SARM/HARM support, operations training, Stan/Eval support, administrative squadron support, aviation operations support, or a comparable military/commercial aviation scheduling environment
  • Working knowledge of flying squadron operations, training pipelines, aircrew qualification/currency management, flight scheduling, training records, and operational reporting
  • Ability to work in a medium- to high-stress operational environment with frequent schedule changes, competing deadlines, and direct coordination with squadron leadership and support offices

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience using or supporting systems such as GTIMS, ARMS, GDSS, DISS, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and locally developed databases
  • Prior experience supporting AMC, Mobility Air Forces, or an Air Force flying squadron in scheduling, training, Stan/Eval, SARM/HARM, deployment, CSS, or aviation operations support
  • Prior USAF aircrew, aviation resource management, command post, operations, training, instructor/evaluator, deployment, or squadron administrative experience
  • Familiarity with AFMAN 11-202 series, applicable MDS-specific guidance, local supplement requirements, Go/No-Go processes, STRP/SEB processes, flight authorization workflows, and EFB program support
  • Direct experience supporting squadrons at one or more FSFS performance locations, either as a contractor, civilian, or military member
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management, operations, logistics, business, or related field
