Job Summary
Conduct home visits for pediatric patients in Berlin and surrounding areas, administering subcutaneous injections per study protocols. Document all performed services accurately and adhere to relevant quality, safety, and compliance standards. Collaborate closely with the study team and other stakeholders throughout the process. Complete a total of 28 home visits as part of this part-time field-based role. Ideal candidates possess a nursing qualification and experience with pediatric patients, demonstrating self-reliance and empathy when interacting with families.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits‐ und Krankenpfleger:in / Kinderkrankenpfleger:in oder vergleichbar
- Einhaltung aller studienrelevanten Qualitäts‐, Sicherheits‐ und Compliance‐Vorgaben
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und einfühlsamer Umgang mit Patient:innen und Angehörigen
- Erfahrung oder hohe Sicherheit im Umgang mit subkutanen Injektionen
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von pädiatrischen Patienten wünschenswert
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im klinischen oder studiennahen Umfeld
