Job Summary
Perform laser hair removal treatments according to established medical protocols, complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and conduct daily equipment checks. Educate clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care while reinforcing progress and recommending additional areas based on goals. Deliver a professional, welcoming experience by personalizing treatments, anticipating needs, and encouraging rebooking and reviews. Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain cleanliness while following operational standards for inventory and equipment readiness. Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and sales goals, communicating scheduling updates and modeling professional standards. Fulfill a 100 percent travel schedule across 400+ locations nationwide, residing near a clinic and major airport with all travel expenses covered.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to new clinic environments
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Interest in the aesthetics or cosmetic medical industry
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles when required for business travel
- Residence within close proximity to both a Milan clinic and a major airport
- Providers must be able to fulfill a 100 percent travel schedule and reside within close proximity to both a Milan clinic and a major airport
Desired Qualifications
- Following successful completion of provider training, Traveling Providers must demonstrate the ability to help train new providers
