Job Summary
Traveling Registered Nurse (RN) Provider based in Indianapolis, IN, delivering laser hair removal treatments across Milan’s 400+ clinics nationwide. Full-time role requiring extensive travel to support clinics nationwide, while benefiting from the stability and career growth of a national organization. Responsibilities include clinical care per medical protocols, pre-treatment setup, laser operation and equipment checks; educating clients on treatment plans, progress, and post-care; delivering a professional client experience; maintaining clinic operations and inventory; collaborating with clinic teams to achieve daily goals. Requires an active RN license, ability to travel extensively, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, interest in aesthetics/cosmetic medicine, valid driver’s license for business travel, and residence near a Milan clinic and a major airport. Travel expenses are covered; benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, holidays, PTO, and employee/spouse laser hair removal. Visa sponsorship is not offered at this time.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to new clinic environments
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Interest in the aesthetics or cosmetic medical industry
- Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles when required for business travel
- Residence within close proximity to a Milan clinic and a major airport
