Job Summary
Traveling RN Provider delivers laser hair removal treatments across Milan’s 400+ clinics nationwide, maintaining continuity of care while supporting clinics nationwide when coverage is needed. Responsibilities include performing laser treatments per medical protocols and safety standards, pre-treatment setup, operating equipment, and daily checks; educating clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care; delivering a professional client experience; preparing treatment rooms, maintaining clinic cleanliness, and supporting daily operations and sales goals; collaborating with clinic teams. Requirements include a current RN license, ability to travel extensively and adapt to new environments, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, interest in aesthetics/cosmetic medicine, valid driver’s license for business travel, and proximity to a Milan clinic and major airport. Travel assignments and expenses are coordinated by Milan’s Scheduling Team, with 100% travel schedule expected; the posting notes visa sponsorship is not provided. Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to new clinic environments
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Interest in the aesthetics or cosmetic medical industry
- Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles when required for business travel
- Residence within close proximity to both a Milan clinic and a major airport
- Following successful completion of provider training, Traveling Providers must demonstrate the ability to help train new providers.
