Job Summary
Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols, including pre-treatment setup, equipment operation, and daily checks. Educate clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care while reinforcing progress and recommending additional areas. Deliver a professional, welcoming experience by personalizing treatments, anticipating needs, and encouraging rebooking. Prepare treatment rooms, flip between clients, maintain cleanliness, and follow operational standards for inventory and readiness. Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and sales goals, communicating scheduling updates and modeling professionalism. Fulfill a 100 percent travel schedule across Milan's 400+ locations nationwide, residing near a clinic and major airport. Train new providers following completion of provider training.
Required Qualifications
- Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing
- Active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to new clinic environments
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles when required for business travel
- Residence within close proximity to both a Milan clinic and a major airport
- Ability to help train new providers
