Job Summary
Conduct laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols while operating equipment and performing daily checks. Educate clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care, then personalize experiences to encourage rebooking and reviews. Prepare treatment rooms, flip between clients, and maintain cleanliness while adhering to operational standards including inventory and equipment readiness. Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and sales goals, communicating scheduling updates and modeling professional standards. This full-time, salaried role requires a Nurse Practitioner with an active license and FNP certification to travel extensively across Milan's 400+ nationwide locations. Candidates must reside near a major airport and fulfill a 100% travel schedule. Following training, providers will demonstrate the ability to train new staff. Required Qualifications
- Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing
- Active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to new clinic environments
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles when required for business travel
- Residence within close proximity to both a Milan clinic and a major airport
- Providers must be able to fulfill a 100 percent travel schedule
