Job Summary
Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols, completing pre-treatment setup, operating equipment, and conducting daily checks. Educate clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care while reinforcing progress and recommending additional areas. Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness while adhering to operational standards. Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and sales goals, communicating scheduling updates and modeling professional standards. This full-time, salaried role requires a Nurse Practitioner with an active license and national certification (FNP-C/BC or AGPCNP-BC) to travel extensively across Milan's 400+ nationwide locations. Candidates must reside near a clinic and major airport, fulfill a 100% travel schedule, and hold a valid driver's license. Following training, providers assist in training new staff.
Required Qualifications
- Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing
- Active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to new clinic environments
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles when required for business travel
- Residence within close proximity to both a Milan clinic and a major airport
- Providers must be able to fulfill a 100 percent travel schedule
