Job Summary
Traveling Registered Nurse (RN) Provider position based in Miami, FL, responsible for delivering laser hair removal treatments across Milan Laser Hair Removal's 400+ locations nationwide. Responsibilities include performing laser treatments per medical protocols and safety standards, conducting pre-treatment setup, operating equipment, educating clients on treatment plans and post-care, delivering a professional client experience, maintaining clinic cleanliness and inventory, coordinating with clinic teams to support daily operations and sales goals, and participating in training new providers after completing the training program. Requirements include current NP license in good standing with active national certification (FNP-C/FNP-BC or AGPCNP-BC/AGNP-C as applicable), ability to travel extensively, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to handle confidential information, interest in aesthetics, valid driver's license, and proximity to a Milan clinic and major airport. 100% travel assignments are coordinated by Milan’s Scheduling Team with travel expenses covered, and benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k with match, paid holidays, generous PTO, and professional liability insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing
- Active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C) for certain states
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to new clinic environments
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Interest in the aesthetics or cosmetic medical industry
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles when required for business travel
- Residence within close proximity to both a Milan clinic and a major airport
- Following successful completion of provider training, ability to help train new providers
