Job Summary
Conduct laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols while operating equipment and performing daily safety checks. Educate clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care, then personalize services to encourage rebooking. Prepare treatment rooms, flip between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness alongside inventory and operational standards. Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and sales goals, while communicating scheduling updates and modeling professional standards. Travel extensively across 400+ locations nationwide on a 100 percent schedule, residing near a major airport and clinic. Following training, demonstrate the ability to train new providers.
Required Qualifications
- Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing
- Active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
- Active national certification as a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C)
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to new clinic environments
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles when required for business travel
- Residence within close proximity to both a Milan clinic and a major airport
- Ability to help train new providers
- Ability to fulfill a 100 percent travel schedule
- Travel by flight and vehicle
