Job Summary
Conduct laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols, performing pre-treatment setup, operating equipment, and executing daily checks. Educate clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care while reinforcing progress and recommending additional areas. Deliver a professional experience by personalizing treatments, anticipating needs, and encouraging rebooking and reviews. Prepare treatment rooms, flip between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness while adhering to operational standards. Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and sales goals, communicating scheduling updates and modeling professionalism. Maintain highly confidential information and demonstrate the ability to train new providers following completion of provider training. Fulfill a 100 percent travel schedule across 400+ locations nationwide, residing near a clinic and major airport.
Required Qualifications
- Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing
- Active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
- Active national certification as a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C)
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to new clinic environments
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles when required for business travel
- Residence within close proximity to both a Milan clinic and a major airport
- Ability to help train new providers
- Ability to fulfill a 100 percent travel schedule
