Job Summary
Conduct daily manufacturing operations by operating machinery, adjusting settings, and using hand tools to set up equipment. Monitor production to ensure product quality and consistency, utilizing measurement equipment to confirm characteristics. Maintain a clean work environment, adhere to safety protocols, and accurately document activities in daily production reports. Troubleshoot process problems and communicate effectively with the lead supervisor and team while moving between multiple operations. Requires reliable transportation, strong attendance, and ability to work overtime. Must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the U.S., and pass background checks.
