Flutter Developer (Swift/Kotlin)

Job Summary
Own the design, development, and delivery of complex mobile features and systems across applications using Flutter, while contributing to native iOS and Android development when required. Build scalable, maintainable solutions by driving technical decisions, leading refactoring initiatives, and improving engineering standards. Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Engineering teams to deliver outstanding user experiences, manage complex backend integrations, and define automated testing strategies. Mentor other engineers through technical guidance and code reviews to raise overall platform quality. Identify technical risks early and propose solutions that reduce complexity and support future growth.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written ability to influence technical decisions constructively
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including architecture, design patterns, testing, and system design
- Proven ability to deliver complex features with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
- Experience making architectural decisions and evaluating technical trade-offs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in complex systems
- A quality-focused mindset with experience improving engineering practices and development processes
- Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
- Strong professional experience developing mobile applications with Flutter and Dart
- Proven experience building, maintaining, and scaling production mobile applications
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, state management, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization
- Understanding clean architecture and SOLID principles
- Experience using and implementing state management with Riverpod
- Experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services
- Experience designing and implementing automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, and UI tests
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and mobile release processes
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including code quality, maintainability, security, and observability
- Experience working with Git-based development workflows and collaborative engineering practices
- Experience developing native mobile features using Swift and/or Kotlin
- Understanding of platform-specific capabilities and experience integrating Flutter applications with native iOS and Android code
- Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the App Store and Google Play Store
- Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and contribute to architectural decisions across the mobile platform

- Familiarity of the Patrol testing framework
