Job Summary
Build and maintain new features across Flutter applications while optimizing performance, stability, and reliability. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, AI, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences, write clean and scalable code, and participate in code reviews to enforce engineering best practices. Continuously improve app quality through testing and iteration, integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs within a fast-paced startup environment. Publish apps to the App Store and Google Play, leveraging Firebase and analytics where applicable. Join a team scaling an AI language learning app used by millions of learners globally.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and state management
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Attention to performance, code quality, and user experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience publishing apps on the App Store and Google Play
- Experience with Firebase, analytics, and push notifications
- Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift)
- Experience building subscription-based consumer apps
- You actively use AI tools to improve your development workflow
