Job Summary
Operate pasteurizer, ultra-filtration, reverse osmosis, micro-filtration, and evaporator systems while verifying product composition, temperature, and chemical properties. Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of equipment, maintain proper documentation, and demonstrate proficiency in tight and confined spaces. Comply with good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices, including HACCP certification and preventative controls responsibilities. Requires ability to read standard operating procedures, troubleshoot processes, and communicate effectively for regulatory compliance. 1st shift position; high school diploma or GED required with pasteurizer license or ability to obtain through the company.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- HACCP certification or ability to obtain through the company
- Pasteurizers License or ability to obtain through the company
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing and demanding environment
- Basic understanding of flow charts
- Troubleshooting ability
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures and company guidelines
- Basic computer skills
