Job Summary
Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails for diverse client brands; resolve customer inquiries including how-to guidance and product assistance; gather required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases; maintain knowledge of client products and services; securely handle customers’ sensitive information; troubleshoot common issues using the knowledge base and update case statuses; guide customers on resolving subscription-related issues; escalate complex or repetitive issues to the L2 team; ensure proper case handling and follow-up to support timely issue resolution; work remotely, with an emphasis on English and German communication (C1 for both), and deliver customer satisfaction with a proactive, customer-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Support
- Excellent English and German communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
- Must be tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems, tools, and platforms
- Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
