Job Summary
Provide exceptional technical and customer support via calls, chats, and emails; resolve inquiries across product-related issues, gather required information to ensure resolution of complex cases, and escalate to L2 as needed; maintain knowledge of client products/services, securely handle sensitive information, troubleshoot using knowledge base, and guide customers through subscription-related issues; ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution; remote collaboration within an international, multilingual team; requires strong English and German communication skills (C1) and at least 1 year of Customer Support experience; opportunity to work fully remotely with flexible benefits and a focus on professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
- Excellent English and German communication skills (C1 for both)
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems/tools/platforms
