Job Summary
Support refugees at the information desk by scanning documents, recording meal distributions, and guiding residents through daily routines. Explain simple procedures, inform about internal and external counseling resources, and help structure daily life through meaningful activities. Identify conflicts early and actively contribute to finding solutions while maintaining empathy and calm in stressful situations. Work in a three-shift system including weekends and holidays with attractive shift premiums. Requires excellent German skills and proof of measles vaccination.
