Job Summary
Administer flu vaccinations to participants across corporate offices, warehouses, schools, and municipalities while monitoring reactions and ensuring comfort. Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and vaccines, complying with recordkeeping and reporting requirements set by CHC and the CDC. Perform pre-event preparation and post-event reconciliation at vaccination and wellness events, working independently or under the direction of a lead nurse. This seasonal role requires an RN, LPN, or EMT with a state license and an associate degree in nursing, with bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
Required Qualifications
- RN, LPN and EMT
- License in the state the job is being performed
- Minimum of an associate degree in nursing
- Must possess sound judgment
- business acumen skills
- Basic skills (Mathematical)
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (not limited to Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must be able to stand for several hours at a time
- This position is remote and requires the individual be able to get to various job sites to perform the job duties
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience administering flu shots preferred
- Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus
