Job Summary
Organize, review, and summarize client documents; prepare document request lists and research property records, entity filings, and industry data. Schedule financial and/or tax return information, identify relevant entities, and prepare organizational charts. Assist in deposition, mediation, and trial preparation strategies and exhibit preparation. Work onsite at client locations as needed. This Forensic Litigation Services – Commercial & IP internship provides hands-on experience in public accounting alongside professionals at Whitley Penn, a Texas-based firm focused on entrepreneurial thinking and meaningful client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related major
- Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- Ability to work onsite at client locations as needed
