Job Summary
Lead end-to-end deployment of global People Solutions and capability-building initiatives across APA, aligning regional priorities with global solutions, driving adoption, and enabling frontline leadership and operational readiness. Partner with regional stakeholders (People Partners, PF Leads, Site Leaders) to tailor materials, manage deployment roadmaps, readiness checks, and risk assessments, and translate regional insights into practical recommendations. Create strong cross-timezone collaboration, provide on-site enablement as needed, and deliver focused capability uplift for frontline teams in a hybrid on-site/remote setup.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to generate meaningful insights
- Excellent stakeholder management across cultures and countries
- Solid project and change management experience
- Experience with Talent Management / Talent Development
- Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Structured working style
- Operational understanding and comfort working closely with frontline environments
- Background in HR deployment, Talent Management, capability building and / or People Solutions
