Job Summary
Flower Technician responsible for supporting cannabis cultivation during the flowering stage, including room setup, sanitation, trellising, canopy management, defoliation, trimming, and compliant waste disposal. Maintains environment, follows SOPs and state regulations, reports to management, supports irrigation tasks (nutrient mixing, drip readings, moisture monitoring, Dosatron checks), collaborates with other departments, and adheres to safety procedures; requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain organization and inventory.
