Job Summary
Entry-level Flower Technician supporting day-to-day operations in a cannabis cultivation facility. Responsible for de-leafing, trellis/canopy netting maintenance, room sanitation, transporting supplies, and adhering to SOPs to maintain a clean, hazard-free grow environment. Requires dependable attendance, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, and strong teamwork. Starts at Tech 1 with $18/hour (potential progression to Tech 2/3 with experience).
Required Qualifications
- Some prior experience in cannabis cultivation or agriculture is a plus but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- open and flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- team-oriented
- ability to follow SOPs and maintain clean, hazard-free workspace
- dress code compliance (uniform, non-slip shoes)
