Flower Technician II

Flower Technician II is responsible for ensuring incoming cannabis flower materials meet specifications and quality standards, performing inspections (moisture, texture, size, overall quality), weighing and packaging flower and/or pre-rolls, receiving and storing materials, coordinating with the team to meet daily packaging goals, verifying packaging against quality controls, preparing and applying product labels, maintaining cgMP-compliant cleaning and documentation, and training Flower Technician I to packaging and labeling duties. The role requires attention to traceability records, collaboration with inventory and leadership to resolve discrepancies, operating packaging equipment efficiently, and communicating any quality or equipment issues to leads. Minimum 6 months in the Flower Technician I role and a High School Diploma or equivalent are required, with the position located in Hancock, MD, and a 40-hour weekly schedule at $19.02/hour.
