Job Summary
Flower Technician I (2nd Shift, 4pm-12am) handles incoming cannabis flower materials requiring visual and measurement inspections, verifies bud size per brand standard, weighs and packages flower and pre-roll items, and applies labels. The role maintains proper storage of raw batches, completes verification paperwork, ensures cleanliness and PPE adherence per cGMP and Trulieve standards, and supports packaging equipment operations while communicating any quality or material issues to leads. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work in a fast-paced, controlled environment; 1-3 years of related experience preferred. Reporting to Manufacturing Supervisor or Team Lead in the Processing department, location Midway, FL; 40 hours weekly with potential evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years related experience preferred
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (18 in CT, PA and WV)
- Comprehensive background screening
- Ability to push/pull/move/lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work 40 hours weekly; occasional evenings, weekends, holidays
