Job Summary
Flower Processing Supervisor responsible for supervising and directing employees in the flower processing department, verifying contents of shipments against purchase orders, bills of lading, and invoices, checking for damage, pricing, and storing fresh product inventory; unload incoming shipments and process fresh inventory; check freight-in against invoices for discrepancies; examine new inventory for defects or damages; transfer products to correct locations; attach identification data onto inventory; maintain clean and organized storage and inventory areas; establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules; inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards; requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends; English and basic math skills required; competitive hourly wage with health benefits and paid time off.
