Job Summary
Assist the Flower Crew Manager and Assistant Manager in harvesting, arranging, and stocking flowers for the Morning Glory Farm Stand. Manage flower crops by planting, weeding, and maintaining all grow lights, fans, vents, and propane tanks. Harvest and arrange 25 farmers bouquets daily while effectively maintaining farm equipment including tractors, vans, and wheelbarrows. Support the farm stand, kitchen, bakery, and pack house operations during slower months. A background in horticulture and cut flower farming is preferred. This seasonal role runs from April through Thanksgiving with an annual wage of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
