FlowCam Business Development Manager

Job Summary
Support all technical and commercial activities for FlowCam in China and across APAC by executing annual technical and marketing plans aligned with corporate business objectives. Build sales, marketing, and service strategies with leadership to grow the FlowCam business, while developing comprehensive strategies for technical application development and penetrating new markets. Manage weekly and monthly business reporting and forecasting, run FlowCam demos at customer sites, and deliver technical talks at industry tradeshows and conferences. Provide technical training and support to the FlowCam APAC business team. Work in an office environment, occasionally in an analytical laboratory, and travel to customer sites approximately 50% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written/spoken)
- Japanese proficiency is advantageous
- Good command of MS office software application
- be capable of CRM software using, ie. Salesforce

Desired Qualifications
- Master or PhD preferred in Pharmaceutical, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, or other relevant disciplines
- Prefer to scientific major (Pharmaceutical, Cell Biology, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry.)
- Advanced knowledge in general HCA applications including academic research and drug screen, university, hospitals and research institutes
- Hands-on expertise with biophysical characterization techniques and analytical instrumentation
- A customer-oriented mindset
