Flow Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
Based at the distribution center, the Flow Operations Coordinator will support end-to-end operational flow across inbound, outbound, inventory, and shipping activities; monitor daily execution performance and coordinate actions to resolve bottlenecks; prioritize and escalate for customer-critical, past-due, and at-risk orders; partner with Operations, Planning, Customer Service, Materials, and Transportation to align execution priorities; monitor shipment flow, dock utilization, and throughput; support standard work, operational cadence, and execution discipline initiatives; assist with daily management routines (LDM, Gemba, EOS) and action follow-up; track KPIs including throughput, RDSL, backlog, expedites, and shipment execution performance; identify root causes for flow issues and support corrective actions; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process flow, execution, and efficiency; assist with peak readiness planning and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in distribution, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
- Strong understanding of warehouse flow, shipping operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes
- Experience supporting operational escalations and coordinating cross-functional execution activities
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical skills
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Manhattan, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools
- Experience with Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics/reporting platforms
