Job Summary
Flow Coordinator at Lifekind Health in Rancho Mirage clinic: manage patient flow through medical and behavioral encounters, prepare charts, collect vital signs, administer urine drug screens and assist with interpretation, document injections and consents, support patient scheduling and provider sequencing, document encounters in health record systems, process forms and questionnaires, assist with transferring orders and imaging, review CURES reports, process referrals to external providers and community resources, maintain exam room readiness, comply with regulatory requirements, and perform data entry and administrative duties. The ideal candidate holds Medical Assistant certification, HS Diploma or equivalent, BLS/CPR certification, and 2+ years of related experience; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; benefits include comprehensive health plans, FSA, 401(k), PTO, and equal opportunity employment.
