Job Summary
Assist customers with product inquiries, locate merchandise, and recommend items to ensure an efficient experience. Prepare and assemble floral arrangements and bouquets following design specifications while inspecting elements for freshness and quality. Maintain store visual standards by displaying products neatly and manage daily inventory through receiving shipments and processing stock. Facilitate sales in the POS system and handle cross-channel transactions for bridal and events. Communicate internal and client feedback to corporate management. Work up to 24 hours per week across early mornings, evenings, and weekends, including off-site events when needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of floral experience as a florist with a focus on executing floral designs
- Availability to work up to 24 hours per week including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (3-4 shifts per week)
- Work during the Vacation Blackout Policy dates
- Knowledgeable and able to work with live floral product
- Ability to lift up to lift/move 30 lbs.
- Ability to climb a ladder up to 8 ft.
