Job Summary
Lead and direct the development and delivery of water treatment and reuse projects in Florida and the South Region as a hands-on design manager and doer/seller. Responsibilities include overseeing QA/QC, providing technical leadership on large/complex projects, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, supporting marketing and proposal phases, developing scopes of work and budgets, building client relationships, maintaining a strong professional reputation, staying current with industry and regulatory developments, and traveling to project sites, client meetings, conferences, and staff engagements across Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of water treatment and/or reuse experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in Florida and ability to obtain license by reciprocity in other states as needed
