Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in roadway engineering preferably with Florida DOT and municipalities
- Strong background in business development and pursuit management within the transportation sector
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and develop technical teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interfacing with government agencies and clients
- Knowledge of Florida DOT processes, regulations, and key stakeholders is preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience, with extensive background in consulting or directly with client(s)
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
