Job Summary
Florida Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business, expanding channel and golf course partnerships, and nurturing relationships with key accounts. Requires 5+ years of B2B sales experience, a track record of managing a high volume of accounts, and significant in-person selling experience. Role involves consulting with businesses and golf courses nationwide through a mix of phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to drive results. Leading responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, understanding partner businesses, meeting sales targets, launching and developing new markets, representing the organization at industry events, and strengthening the brand across channels. Compensation includes base salary plus 10% commission with travel expenses covered; remote work with substantial local travel. 40–45 hour work week, holidays off, PTO, healthcare stipend, and 401(k) eligibility after 12 months.
