Job Summary
Draft varied legal documents across business law, transactional, and estate planning areas while collaborating directly with a client. Manage project workflows using the client's document management platform and deliver exceptional work products within specified timelines. This part-time, fully remote contract role requires 20 hours per week during normal Eastern Standard Time hours, Monday through Friday. The position offers an opportunity for additional coverage work and is ideal for a self-starter with three years of civil litigation experience and a Florida bar license.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of civil litigation experience
- working knowledge of business transactions
- working knowledge of estate planning
- Florida bar license in good standing
- availability for 20 hours per week
