Required Qualifications
- Earned doctorate or terminal degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, public health, or related health discipline
- Senior executive academic leadership experience (Dean, Associate Dean, or equivalent)
- Track record of success in Research 1 environments
- Mastery of accreditation processes (ACPE and public health accrediting bodies)
- Experience with complex budgeting and fiscal leadership
- Externally funded research growth
- Faculty recruitment at scale
- Leadership and faculty development
- Community engagement
- National rankings cultivation
- Ability to command national respect across academia, healthcare systems, philanthropy, and industry
