Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution
- A minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible professional experience in human resources, with at least five (5) years in a senior HR leadership role
- Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy development, compliance with employment and academic regulations, and executive-level advising
- Proven track record of leading and managing complex HR operations within a large, multi-faceted organization
- Experience with collective bargaining, labor relations, and contract administration
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, rules, and regulations
