Floral Sales Associate

Responsible for keeping the floral department stocked and appealing; smiles and greets customers, discusses needs, makes suggestions, handles special requests and resolves concerns in a prompt, courteous manner. Sets up displays, ensures fresh, saleable floral products with correct pricing and signage, handles damaged product per procedures, creates on-floor arrangements to attract customers, adheres to merchandising guidelines, maintains sanitation and health/OSHA compliance, disposes of trash, reviews orders and supplies, minimizes loss through proper refrigeration, reports shortages/overages, may assist with deliveries and related duties with proper training, cooperates with coworkers and supervisors, and participates in ongoing training.
