Job Summary
Manage the floral design team by hiring, coaching, and training staff while setting production goals, design standards, and work schedules. Lead daily operations by hosting meetings, designing for open houses, and communicating specific needs to operations and the sales manager. Execute the budget, review P+L reports, and approve payroll while attending all BEO meetings. Ensure the team delivers profitable, executable designs aligned with Walters Wedding Estates' growing wedding and event production volume.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Floral Design
- 2+ years of experience as a Manager
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs
- Must be able to lift at least 40+ pounds throughout the day
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must submit/complete background check
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be available to work weekends
