Floral Manager

Direct all Floral Associates, design custom floral arrangements, and provide exceptional service to clientele in a clean, attractive atmosphere. Manage merchandising plans, control inventory and shrink, and maximize sales while ordering products. Establish cleaning programs for display cases, complete daily reports and inventories, and attain sales, labor, and gross profit projections. Schedule and train team members thoroughly, answer their questions, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and governmental regulations. Maintain clear communication with other departments and adhere to all company policies, including dress code and health department laws. This full-time, mid-level role requires lifting 50 lb. boxes and using sharp instruments, with good vision and physical stamina to stand, stoop, and reach at various workstations.
