Job Summary
Direct all floral associates, manage inventory, and control shrink while following merchandising plans to maximize sales. Design custom floral arrangements for clients, establish cleaning programs for display cases, and maintain a clean, attractive atmosphere. Schedule and train team members thoroughly, answer their questions, and complete daily reports, inventories, and gross profit projections. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health department regulations while maintaining clear communication across departments. Lift 50 lb. boxes and use sharp instruments as required.
Required Qualifications
- Design skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
