Job Summary
Direct all floral associates, design custom arrangements, and maintain a clean, attractive display atmosphere. Manage inventory, control shrink, and execute merchandising plans while ordering products. Lead scheduling and training sessions to ensure exceptional service and answer customer questions. Complete daily reports, inventories, and sales/labor projections. Enforce safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Lift 50 lb. boxes and use sharp instruments. Requires good vision and ability to stand, kneel, and work on slippery floors.
Required Qualifications
- Design skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
