Job Summary
Direct all Floral Associates and design custom floral arrangements while maintaining a clean, attractive display environment. Manage inventory, control shrink, and execute merchandising plans to maximize sales, including ordering supplies and establishing cleaning programs for display cases. Lead scheduling and training sessions to ensure team members deliver exceptional service, answer questions thoroughly, and adhere to safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Complete daily reports, inventories, and sales, labor, and gross profit projections. Maintain clear communication across departments and comply with all company policies, dress codes, and physical requirements for lifting and handling materials.
Required Qualifications
- Design skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to reach
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
