Job Summary
Direct all Floral Associates, design custom floral arrangements, and provide exceptional service to clientele. Manage merchandising plans, control inventory and shrink, and maximize sales through strategic ordering. Establish cleaning programs for display cases and complete daily reports, inventories, and profit projections. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health department regulations while maintaining clear communication across departments. Lead scheduling and training to empower the team, requiring the ability to lift 50 lb. boxes and use sharp instruments in a clean, inviting atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Design skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to reach
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
