Job Summary
Oversee daily floral department operations by designing arrangements, merchandising seasonal displays, and maintaining fresh product standards. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs.
- Work in cooler environments
- Manual dexterity for trimming, arranging, wrapping, and handling floral product
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and peak floral seasons
- Reliable attendance
