Job Summary
Oversee daily floral department operations, including receiving, conditioning, and rotating inventory while maintaining full, fresh displays with accurate signage. Design and merchandise seasonal arrangements, bouquets, and promotional displays to execute division plans and meet sales targets. Manage labor schedules, hire and train associates, and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards. Monitor plant health, hydration, and waste tracking to control shrink and markdowns. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs.
- Work in cooler environments
- Manual dexterity for trimming, arranging, wrapping, and handling floral product
