Job Summary
Strategic floral department lead responsible for designing beautiful floral arrangements, promoting sales, fulfilling orders, and delivering top-tier customer service. Oversees the floral department, trains and leads partners, manages inventory, analyzes sales and labor data, and ensures profitability through planning, sourcing, and display initiatives. Provides consultations to customers on arrangements for occasions and events, drives in-store promotions, and maintains product freshness and display quality while upholding safety and store procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education
- State certification and licensure required in Louisiana
- Minimum of 18 years of age; Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business per policy
